- 1. Do I need a prior prescription to order medications here ?
- You do not need a prior prescription. Just select the medication you want, add it to the shopping cart with your shipping and payment details and that's it.
A licensed U.S. physician will issue the prescription upon approval for FREE. ( IF necessary ) - 2. Is your pharmacy Legal ?

- 3. What are your shipping fees and policies?
For U.S.A. ,$10 U.S. will be surcharged on any order totaling less than $40 U.S.
Shipping to the following states ( AR, AZ, CO, HI, IA, IL, IN, ID, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NM, OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY )would require an additional fee $5U.S. per order. If your order is worth below $40 shipped to one of the listed states, there will be one surcharge at $10 U.S. only.
For Canada, New Zealand and some countries in Europe, the shipping fees US$27 (per shipment) will be added up to your order. To make certain whether your order would be charged, please email us at contact@overseas-foreign-pharmacy.com
For rest of the world, shipping is FREE for every order of $30.U.S. or more. In order to continue giving the quality service you've come to expect from our store and to help cover our processing costs, a small shipping fee of $10.U.S. will be charged on orders totaling less than $30 U.S.

Each product price includes the cost of shipping by Air Mail. Delivery interval is seven to twenty-one days, depending on your country. - 4. How do you pack and mark the packages as I require confidentiality ?

Suitable for those who have US bank account with internet banking to transfer the money to us via US ACH system.
How to use the service
- You can initiate the transaction via the internet banking service linked to your US bank account. In general, the process to complete this is as follows:
- Go to the Domestic Interbank Transfer menu *
- Go to the Inter Institution Transfers option
- Select Bangkok Bank's New York branch as the recipient bank
- Enter the 9-digit routing number of Bangkok Bank's New York branch as 026008691
- Enter the bank name as Bangkok Bank, New York branch
- Enter the 10-digit account number of the recipient as 227-0-66632-0
- Enter the name of the recipient account as Prakit Klonking , if required.
- After the registration process, the US bank will initiate two trial deposits by sending small amounts of less than USD 1.00 to our bank account. This is to verify that our account is valid. Your bank will send an email to you or to us(if you provide our email: contact@overseas-foreign-pharmacy.com to them) asking to check and confirm the trial deposit amounts. **
- You MUST email us to check the exact amount of the two trial deposits. And that we will give you the two exact two trial deposit amounts for you to confirm with the bank.
If this is correctly confirmed by you, the total amount of charge can be transferred. And this is for one-time process only.
*You should check with your US bank for the correct transfer menu for ACH payment. The terms and conditions of internet banking services may vary between banks.
** The sending of trial deposit amounts depends upon the terms and conditions of the originating banks in the US and may vary from bank to bank. The fund can be credited to our account only when the name and account number of the recipient in the transfer instruction is spelled correctly. - 13. How to convert the cost to my country currency for example : convert US. Dollars to UK. GBP.?

- 14. When I received my shipment, my medication was in a plastic bottle, but the web-site picture shows a glass bottle. Why is that?
- Glass bottles are fragile and may be dangerous during delivering process; therefore plastic bottles are replaced for safety reasons. Since mailing packages are calculated according to the parcel weight, plastic bottles that weighed less than glass bottles would help reduce the postal costs. Heavy packages may also be the cause of delayed delivery. So, it is more economic to ship your order in light-weight package.

- If you do not receive your order within 21 business days, please contact contact@overseas-foreign-pharmacy.com so we can check the status of the order. In case of non-receipt a reshipment may be granted.
In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs please contact contact@overseas-foreign-pharmacy.com and that a refund will be issued or a reshipment will be granted free of charge.
- 19. Cancellation Policy
- An order can be cancelled free of charge IF the cancellation request is acknowledged by us within 24 hours after the order first submitted.
If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours and your order has not been shipped, 10% late cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount and we refund you the rest sum.
If the cancellation is due by a product shortage or caused from our company end, we will not charge you any cancellation fee.
- 20. Why I cannot log in my account?
Note that the new login system allow you to use your full email address you used to register your account as user name. If you already have your membership account information, just follow these steps.
1. Click on Forget Password?
2. Enter your email address you used to register your account and verification code.
3. Click Submit.
Your new password will be sent to your registered email address. Then you are ready to access your account and place a new order.
*Email address must be the one you used to register your account. If not, your accumulated points would not be re-instated to your current account. - 21. Why I have to complete the payment from my end?
We understand customers’ concerns on security issues, that why we do have an option for submitting payment directly on the payment processor’s page. If the transaction declines, you can fill the credit card information on system and we will take care of the rest for you. - 22. Why was my payment declined?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer service in time. For the US customers, the parcel is sent by STANDARD FLAT SHIPPING by USPS you should pay attention on your mail box because the mail service may leave a notice for you to claim the parcel from your local postal office.
